Salary: $85,000-$95,000Job SummaryAs a
Traveling Executive Chef you will provide on-site culinary support across multiple facilities within the region. This fully travel-based role is responsible for stabilizing accounts, elevating culinary standards, and ensuring consistent execution of our foodservice programs. You will help lead culinary teams, uphold all regulatory and safety requirements, and maintain the highest standards of quality and service in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
- Plans and creates all menus
- Purchases and manages inventory
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:- Culinary degree preferred
- 5+ years of culinary management experience
- Highly Prefer experience in a healthcare/hospital setting
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
