Qualifications

• Experience in a Site Lead role managing crews and projects independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively for projects.
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, capable of problem-solving on the spot.
• Experience in electrical wiring and system diagnostics.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment and random screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite project execution from mobilization to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to enhance efficiency.
• Identify and communicate necessary project changes and field conditions.
• Oversee system testing, commissioning, and training for end users.
• Manage daily project schedules, track progress, and coordinate materials.
• Direct subcontractors to meet site expectations and standards.
• Mentor field crews to improve skills and ensure quality installations.
