Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
• 2 years recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Required certifications such as ACLS and BLS through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout multiple hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Incorporate professional nursing practice standards to assess and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Act independently within your professional license and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and decision-making outcomes.
