Qualifications

• Kansas COTA license/certification required or ability to obtain.
• Previous experience as a COTA preferred.
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with therapeutic practices and rehabilitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and treatment plans as directed by occupational therapists.
• Assist patients in improving their daily living and work skills.
• Conduct assessments to track patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and therapy outcomes.
