B&N Transportation Engineer Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and preparing technical designs on transportation projects
- Mentoring/coaching junior staff on transportation design
- Developing unique and complex solutions to highway problems for projects and pursuits
- Meeting with clients with CSMs in developing scopes and fees
- Managing tasks and technical designs on projects
- Working with other offices in future pursuits and projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
- PE registration is required
- 10+ years of related civil transportation experience.
- Good communication skills, organization skills, team player, and detail oriented
- Experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD plan development
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and written communication skills
