Full Job Description
About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to own high volume hiring across Transport Operations at Atoms. You'll partner directly with operations leadership to build the teams keeping our physical systems moving - and you'll do it with the speed, rigor, and bar-setting that scaling real-world infrastructure demands.

What you'll do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high volume transport operations roles - from intake through close.
  • Partner with hiring managers and operations leads to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategy
  • Drive proactive sourcing through Indeed, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and referral pipelines to build deep candidate pools ahead of need
  • Screen and assess candidates for both operational competency and cultural fit, providing structured feedback and clear recommendations to hiring teams
  • Design and iterate on interview processes - ensuring they are structured, consistent, and predictive of on-the-job performance
  • Negotiate and close offers, partnering with People and Finance on comp benchmarking and approval workflows
  • Track and report on pipeline health, funnel metrics, and time-to-fill; use data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
  • Represent Atoms's mission and culture authentically - you're often the first impression candidates have of the company

What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume hiring
  • Proven success managing high-volume recruitment across multiple open roles in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proven track record closing roles in transport operations, fleet management, last-mile delivery, or related functions - you understand the talent landscape and can build credibility with ops hiring managers
  • Strong sourcing instincts - you're not reliant on inbound and can find and engage candidates who aren't actively looking
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills; you can manage multiple stakeholders, push back when needed, and build trust at all levels
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting - you track what matters, identify trends, and use metrics to improve outcomes
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage 10-15 open requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball on candidate experience
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast; you're a self-starter who builds process where it's needed and cuts it where it isn't
