Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining financial operations, healthcare analytics, and process improvement to make a meaningful impact on patient care and fiscal stewardship. Responsibilities

Collaborating with clinical team leaders and senior administrators to drive performance improvement initiatives for the entity. Scoping projects, developing project plans and assisting with implementing solutions. Designing standard reports and dashboards, and developing the analytics solutions for business performance measurement, along with the underlying data models needed. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure that the solutions achieve desired results.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, healthcare, or a related field Required
  • Master's Degree in Health Systems/Health Administration, Business/Management, Public Health or a related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3 years of progressively responsible data analytics or process improvement experience in the healthcare field Required
  • Experience leading process improvement project or Kaizen events Preferred
  • Big five Consulting or Epic experience Preferred
  • Experience in Data Visualization, Data Modeling, Tableau or clinical experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • None Required
  • CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality Preferred or
