We are currently seeking a Transition Specialist Advisor - ITSM to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

The IT Service Manager is responsible for implementing a technical and business solution that has been sold to the NTT DATA. Bridges the gap between the sales deal closer and the technical delivery implementation. Develops and implements a master transition plan that manages cost and schedule to create or modify facilities, hire required staff, implement and test technical solutions, NTT DATA management, 3rd party partner management, extended transition team management, and implements service delivery processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Individuals are expert in their subject area (ITIL - Service Management) and have working knowledge of related subject areas
  • They lead large scale projects
  • They may lead or guide others on cross-functional projects outside of their own department
  • Typically manages several transition teams or projects, each with their own transition manager
  • Projects may require multi-site coordination and implementation
  • Supports a majority of NTT DATA service and product lines
  • May mentor less experienced team members


Requirements:
  • Experience with managing a prior transition from set up to steady state
  • Expert in ITIL - Service Management with a working knowledge of related subject areas
  • Skills and experience in managing complex services projects that include multiple products / services, third party partners and geographies
  • Advanced project management and NTT DATA management abilities and project financials
  • Advanced understanding of services processes and technologies
  • Advanced ability to assess, manage and remediate high project risk
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large project teams and develop strategic plans
  • Advanced communication and executive level NTT DATA interaction skills
  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required
  • Experience within these areas: Incident management, Change management, Request management, Configuration management and SLA Management

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role will depend on the nature of the role offered and will either be $91,260 - $162,240, or $50 - $84.44 if the role is hired as a temporary position. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered is temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
