Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

Serves as the primary client-facing leader responsible for guiding business stakeholders through the full transformation lifecycle from opportunity identification through transition, stabilization, and optimization. Ensures alignment, readiness, and successful delivery of outcomes by coordinating across Enablement, GBS Delivery, and COEs. Acts as the single point of accountability for client experience, risk management, and value realization.

Essential Job Functions
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for business leaders, providing end-to-end oversight across Discern, Design, Build, Transition, and Optimization phases.
  • Leads stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, expectations, and outcomes throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams across Enablement, GBS Delivery, and COEs to ensure integrated execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Ensures readiness for transition by validating that design, build, and knowledge transfer activities meet business and operational requirements.
  • Identifies, manages, and escalates risks, issues, and dependencies impacting client outcomes, driving resolution across teams.
  • Oversees execution of transition plans and go-live activities in partnership with Transition & Stabilization teams.
  • Monitors post-go-live performance, ensuring stabilization, issue resolution, and successful handoff to steady-state operations.
  • Tracks and communicates progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and governance forums, including executive leadership.
  • Ensures delivery of expected value, including cost savings, service quality, and operational performance improvements.
  • Drives continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities to enhance future transformation waves.

Licensing/Certification

Preferred:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
