Responsibilities
• Partner across member processing and other business areas to identify improvements in Member Processing and ensure strategic objectives achieve intended outcomes.
• Work as directed by management team to research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes
• Lead initiatives with strategic and tactical impact on ensuring business benefits are realized
• Develop and manage an integrated plan for initiatives, ensuring key metrics and success criteria is developed
• Analyse data and Trend issues being experienced in the business and propose solutions
• Drive actions and decisions
• Communicate and present considered key insights to leadership and stakeholders. Clearly articulate impact
• Coordinate between impacted areas and departments to ensure initiatives are fully integrated into the business.
• Challenge and motivate partners to develop and think differently
• Mentor change within the teams and act as an agent to build awareness and vision
• Prioritizing and reprioritizing initiative deliverables aligned with leadership strategic goals.
Requirements
• University degree
• 7-10 years experience in Canadian Retirement
• Ability to influence and negotiate with others to meet initiative deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Retirement structure/technologies and processes
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
• Creative & innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo to drive significant change
• Able to review trend information to identify early indictors of risk or issues
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle in Canadian Retirement and the retirement industry
• Strong ability to enact change within the current ecosystem and demonstrates a clear understanding of the impacts of those changes
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives and able to those simply to audience actively collaborates to create ways to lead change
• Able to engage and present to leadership
• Demonstrates agility and ability to quickly shift priorities
• Strong internal network at all levels of the organization

Salary range is expected to be between
$71,475.00 CAD - $119,125.00 CAD
