Full Job Description
Who You Are

You're a strategic, people-centered problem solver who understands that successful transformation depends on more than a strong plan-it requires bringing people along. You know how to turn complex organizational challenges into practical change strategies that help leaders and employees adopt new technologies, behaviors, and ways of working. You're curious, collaborative, and comfortable balancing data-driven insights with empathy and sound judgment.

In this role, you will support complex transformation programs from strategy through implementation, helping clients build organizations that are capable, resilient, and ready for what's next. You'll manage defined workstreams, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and develop human-centered solutions across change management, workforce strategy, organization design, learning, and technology adoption.

What You'll Do
  • Support complex change initiatives, including technology implementations, operating model redesigns, workforce transformations, and enterprise-wide digital programs.
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical change plans that address culture, behaviors, ways of working, and organizational readiness.
  • Develop change communications, training programs, leadership materials, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Support leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, change networks, and readiness activities that build momentum and adoption.
  • Contribute to organization design, workforce planning, reskilling, and upskilling initiatives that prepare employees for new roles and operating models.
  • Help clients navigate the workforce impact of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and new models of human and AI collaboration.
  • Use data, analytics, and employee insights to assess sentiment, measure adoption, identify risks, and evaluate transformation outcomes.
  • Manage defined project workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, locations, and areas of expertise.
  • Develop clear, high-quality presentations, recommendations, and deliverables for client and executive audiences.
  • Guide and support junior team members while continuing to learn from senior leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, market research, account growth, and go-to-market initiatives.

What You Bring
  • 5-7 years of experience in organizational change, workforce transformation, human resources, or a related consulting discipline.
  • Consulting or agency experience with project-based work, from initial solution development through delivery.
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives, such as technology implementations, operating model changes, organization redesigns, or workforce programs.
  • Demonstrated experience developing change communications, training, stakeholder engagement, or leadership activation strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing workstreams, priorities, and deliverables in fast-moving environments.
  • A people-centered, insight-driven approach to solving problems and adapting solutions based on feedback and results.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • Comfort working across teams, managing ambiguity, and building trusted client relationships.
  • Interest in how technology, data, and AI are reshaping organizations and the employee experience.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on-site when needed.
