OVERVIEW

Transformation Change Manager (Front Office)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building relationships across teams, and can translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable communication and adoption strategies. You will partner closely with business leaders, communications, training, and transformation teams to help colleagues successfully navigate new systems, processes, and ways of working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

As a Transformation Change Manager, you will support enterprise transformation initiatives by helping teams prepare for, adopt, and sustain change. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing workstream-level change management plans
  • Supporting readiness, adoption, and engagement activities tied to transformation milestones
  • Creating communications, FAQs, leader talking points, and change materials
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify resistance points and adoption risks
  • Supporting workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Collaborating with Communications, Learning & Development, and Transformation teams to align messaging and training efforts
  • Gathering feedback and sentiment insights to improve change effectiveness
  • Supporting change network activities and communication cascades across the business

Salary range: $80,000 - $125,000 per year
