Responsibilitie

The Global Tax department is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager who will become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be leading transfer pricing and tax matters in Americas with a special focus on the US, including but not limited to transfer pricing planning, policy setting, OTP, compliance, controversy and providing expert transfer pricing support and solutions as and when requested by the business. This role will face some of the most dynamic challenges in transfer pricing and will have plenty of learning and growth opportunities. - Building business partnerships by liaising and collaborating closely with finance teams to provide ad-hoc advice and solutions. - Lead in undertaking internal transfer pricing risk assessment. - Lead functional and financial analyses to validate the existing transfer pricing policies or propose new policies where applicable. - Lead the implementation of transfer pricing processes, controls, and monitoring periodically. - Implement, monitor, and maintain operational transfer pricing processes and provide improvement suggestions. - Lead transfer pricing related tax audit, be responsible for strategy development, response preparation, tax authority communication and relationship management - Conduct periodic transfer pricing calculations. - Collaborate with external consultants to lead the preparation, review, and update of contemporaneous transfer pricing documentations and other TP compliance documents. - Respond to internal and external transfer pricing enquiries, and assist business partners with transfer pricing issues in a timely manner. - Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial positions.

Qualification

Minimum Qualification(s) - Minimum 5 years of transfer pricing experience (including at least 2 years of experience as a senior manager or equivalent) in a multinational or global company, a top accounting firm, or other professional firms. - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or equivalent related field. - Experience in all transfer pricing planning, compliance and controversy matters, especially in light of U.S. tax regulations. - Strong data analysis skills and strong time management skills. - Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with global partners across different time zones and cultures. Preferred Qualification(s) - Highly motivated with a solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and interpretation.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159000 - $272000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
