We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: Innovative Medicine (IM) Deployment Manager!
This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA). Alternate hybrid locations may be considered in other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) hubs such as Raritan, New Jersey (USA).
Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one 7clean8 ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
The IM Transcend Deployment Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of global ERP deployment releases across multiple functional workstreams. They partner with business, technology, testing, cutover, hypercare, change management, and program leadership teams to ensure successful deployments that meet program standards, timelines, quality requirements, and governance expectations. The Deployment Manager drives deployment readiness, manages risks and dependencies, coordinates release activities, and supports execution across the full deployment lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deployment Planning & Execution
Lead deployment execution across global ERP releases and functional workstreams, developing and managing integrated deployment plans, KPIs, deliverables, and readiness activities.
Monitor deployment progress, identify risks and issues, and drive resolution to ensure successful delivery against program objectives and timelines.
Governance & Readiness
Support deployment governance, stage-gate reviews, and release readiness assessments while ensuring adherence to Transcend methodologies, standards, and operating procedures.
Coordinate status reporting, executive communications, and leadership updates, maintaining transparency of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with business, technology, testing, compliance, change management, training, cutover, and hypercare teams to ensure coordinated deployment execution.
Influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across highly matrixed global teams to drive alignment and achieve deployment objectives.
Risk & Dependency Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate deployment risks and cross-functional dependencies, raising critical issues and driving timely resolution.
Maintain executive-ready reporting and deployment health metrics to support informed decision-making and effective governance.
Continuous Improvement
Promote standardization, simplification, and adoption of deployment best practices across releases and workstreams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance deployment efficiency, scalability, operational excellence, and future release success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Minimum of a Bachelors/University or equivalent degree is required; MBA or advanced degree, or focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
Certifications preferred: Project Management (PMP, FPX, or equivalent), Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or SAP
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience in Project Management and/or Program Management
Experience with an ERP deployment and/or business transformation
Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related leadership role
Proven track record to lead complex initiatives in highly matrixed organizations, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams through strong communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on execution and results delivery
Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated environments (e.g., cGMP, SDLC)
Preferred:
Experience in testing processes, cutover planning, and hypercare support
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience leading global teams and collaborating across regions and cultures
OTHER:
Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally ; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Dutch, or German are helpful
May require up to 35% domestic and international travel
Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 180 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave 120 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
