Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: Deploy Process Manager (Plan & Source)! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA). Alternate hybrid locations may be considered in Gurabo, Puerto, Rico; Beerse, Belgium; Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Leiden, Netherlands; Zug, Switzerland; or Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
The Process Manager is responsible for driving the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA global process template within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. They are responsible for deploying the standardized value stream solution globally, ensuring strict adherence to SAP Clean Core principles, while designing only legally-required localizations. The Process Manager will partner closely with SAP functional leads, system integrators, and cross-functional business partners to deliver standardized, compliant, and scalable solutions.
The Manager will directly drive a functional process definition, write business requirements, and lead its implementation until Go Live for Plan & Source. Additionally, they will have matrix leadership over contractors and support personnel such as CEBA and PMO team members. This leader will be a key face to the site personnel for the specific deployment and will need to be able to shape and influence in the face of resistance to change.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Template Deployment
Implement the pre-defined global Functional process template across regions and business units, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and SAP standard processes.
