Full Job Description
Troutman Pepper Locke's Real Estate practice group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our dynamic team in the Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of substantive experience in real estate transactional matters, with expertise in real estate debt or equity matters.

The successful candidate will handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects, and provide legal advice and support on real estate financing, including debt and equity structuring. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents, collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and providing strategic legal guidance, conducting due diligence, and managing closing processes for real estate transactions.

The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $310,000, dependent on relevant years of experience.

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state of Georgia, or eligible to waive in. They must possess excellent academic credentials and have superior writing skills.
