JOB TITLE: Transactional Attorney

JOB PURPOSE or JOB SUMMARY

Laird Law Firm seeks a transactional attorney to assist, consult, and represent clients in estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate, business, and contractual matters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide legal services relating to:
  • Commercial, agricultural, and residential real estate transactions and related matters
  • Estate and trust administration.
  • Business organization, counseling, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Estate planning, including drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • negotiating and drafting personal and business contracts such as leases, employment agreements, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, loan documents, etc.
