Transactional Attorney - Commercial Real Estate & Leasing

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $180,000 - $200,000 per year

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney - Commercial Real Estate & Leasing to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and other complex real estate transactions from negotiation through closing.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements and related real estate documents.
Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development transactions.
Prepare and review purchase agreements, amendments, estoppel certificates, SNDAs, easements, and related documents.
Manage transactions from Letter of Intent (LOI) through closing.
Conduct legal due diligence and identify transactional risks.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful closings.
Provide legal advice and strategic guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Texas.
Strong experience in commercial real estate transactions and commercial leasing.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple complex transactions.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
