Summer Associate role is typically a 10-week full-time paid MBA internship experience designed to create immersive, challenging, and collaborative experiences that help prepare you for a career in real estate development.
What You'll Do:- Work along-side local teams on various project types
- Assist with all aspects of project development including entitlements, due diligence, design or construction
- Contribute to the preparation of offering memorandums and investment committee packages
- Work closely with brokers to contribute to the oversight of leasing activity
- Conduct market or site research to assist the team in strategy and decision making
- Present a capstone project to senior leaders to demonstrate your capabilities
- Connect and gain insight from TCC, REI and CBRE leaders
- Learn from the industry's best through a series of executive webinars
- Social and networking events
What You'll Need:- Currently pursuing an MBA or master's degree in real estate or similar with a graduation date of spring/summer 2028
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate or equivalent
- Excellent proficiency with Excel and her appropriate analytical software
- Ability to define problems, work with mathematical concepts/data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Consistent record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

Trammell Crow Company carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for this position is $60 per hour and the maximum potential compensation for the position is $60 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on TCC's applicable benefit program.
