Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Training Manager in the DC Metro Area to help support a government client on a contract performing services within analytical processes and legal assistance field of work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Coordinate with AFP stakeholders to develop initial and follow-on curricula for contractor and Government personnel
- Participate in working groups (such as the CATS Working Groups) as needed to ensure training appropriately addresses the necessary subject matter
- Develop training material, organize schedules, provide logistical support for training, conduct training, and maintain training records
- Publish periodic training and information advisories as requested and apprise AFP participants of relevant procedural and programmatic updates
- Update training to ensure policy, regulatory, legal, and system changes are incorporated in the training curricula
Requirements:- An active TS clearance
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3 years of demonstrated ability in coordinating and managing training programs
National Capital Region: Washington, DC
