Job Description
The Aeronautics Global Production Operations organization is seeking a Training Integration Manager to join the Factory & Field Training Team. In this role, the successful candidate will lead a team of training integrators who collaborate with Production Operations stakeholders across Aeronautics to proactively identify and implement training solutions in support of business needs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing training related projects, making data driven decisions regarding training requirements, and presenting performance metrics and recommendations to optimize training utilization and overall organizational health.
What You Will Be Doing
Primary responsibilities include:
Leading the Training Integration Team:
o Develop and maintain master training plans aligned with business objectives.
o Oversee the creation, scheduling, and tracking of individual learning plans.
o Ensure timely employee participation and completion of all required training.
Planning and Executing Training Projects:
o Lead multiple, concurrent training initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
o Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources to identify training gaps and opportunities.
o Design and deliver clear, data-driven solutions that enhance production operations performance.
Measuring Training Effectiveness:
o Collaborate with stakeholders and data analysts to define key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training's ability to deliver value.
o Implement robust measurement frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
o Use KPIs to continuously refine and improve training solutions.
Driving Leadership Development:
o Partner across business areas to design and roll-out leadership training solutions for Production Operations supervisors.
o Align leadership curricula with organizational goals and competency requirements.
o Facilitate modules and development activities.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with at least 7 years of professional experience
• Experience with leading teams
• Experience with project management
• Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision making
Desired skills
• Experience with Atlas Learning
• Experience leading continuous improvement activities
• Experience communicating and presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner to all levels in the organization
• Understanding LM Aero Build Team processes, procedures, and data
• Experience with LM-specific manufacturing and/or quality systems (iBASEt, Apriso)
• Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc. . .)
• Demonstrated self-starter, able to anticipate needs of stakeholders and complete multiple tasks with urgency
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
