Full Job Description
Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Training and Enablement Lead to support the transformation and ongoing development of the Client Relations organization. This position serves as a key enablement partner across a department of 100+ associates and is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and delivering impactful training programs that drive operational excellence, system adoption, and service consistency.  You will work closely with functional leaders, technical writers, subject matter experts, and department directors.  You will build scalable learning solutions that promote accountability, standardization, and performance improvement.  The training initiatives will support ServiceNow (including CSM, Administration, Configuration, and AI capabilities), departmental processes and procedures, and core internal systems such as InFact, IPW, MSR, Customer Center, and related tools. The ideal candidate is collaborative, technically savvy, organized, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment. Strong facilitation skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to build trusted relationships are essential. Travel is required to support in-person training and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities  • Strategic Training & Enablement: Align training initiatives with organizational priorities and transformation goals to support operational consistency, system adoption, and service excellence. • Training Needs Assessment & Planning: Identify skill gaps and readiness levels across functional areas and translate business objectives into structured learning plans with measurable outcomes. • Program Design & Content Development: Develop scalable learning solutions including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, job aids, process documentation, and system walkthroughs in partnership with subject matter experts. • Systems & Process Adoption: Promote effective utilization of ServiceNow and other departmental platforms by delivering training on system functionality, workflow standards, best practices, and emerging AI capabilities. • Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead engaging virtual and in-person training sessions and onboarding programs for associates and leaders across varying functional roles and technical skill levels, reinforcing accountability and a culture of continuous improvement • Program Coordination & Measurement: Manage training logistics, communications, and documentation, and evaluate effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve impact. • Supporting change management initiatives tied to the evolving service model. • Reinforcing standardized processes and operational best practices. • Contributing to onboarding and role-based development programs. • Partnering with technical writing and process improvement teams to maintain internal knowledge resources. • Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation in learning delivery. • Supporting additional enablement initiatives as directed by leadership. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or learning program coordination required.   • Experience supporting system implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or cross-functional operational teams preferred. • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms; ServiceNow familiarity preferred.  • Experience with e-learning (Workday, etc.) authoring tools and training analytics preferred.  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills across varied audiences.  • Strong organizational and project management skills.  • Professional, responsive, and relationship oriented.  • Willingness and ability to travel as required. Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000.
