Clearance and Security:Active Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, required. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
Citizenship:U.S. Citizenship is required.
Summary:
This role supports the execution of complex, mission-critical aviation and national airspace initiatives within a large federal environment. The effort focuses on improving the safety, security, efficiency, and operational effectiveness of aviation systems through the delivery of modernized technology, data-driven capabilities, and enhanced program execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and utilize training materials for government employees throughout the and education.
- Advise government employees on the available training and development opportunities organization.
- Schedule training activities for government organizations as well as for individuals. Identify training and development opportunities outside the existing known avenues.
- Manage the budget for government employee training and development.
- Build and maintain a library of resources for government employee training.

Compensation: The estimated starting salary range for this position is $92,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience.
