MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Training Change Management Lead to join our team. This role offers
remote flexibility, with the potential for either a hybrid or fully remote arrangement depending on final operational needs, alongside periodic travel for key meetings and projects.
The
Training & Change Management Lead - Healthcare IT owns the national training strategy, change management framework, and user adoption initiatives across enterprise healthcare deployments. In this role, you will build role-based curricula, oversee super-user networks, manage change resistance, and drive post-go-live stabilization across multi-site health systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Lead the overall training strategy, change management framework, and stakeholder communication plans across enterprise clinical system deployments.
- Develop and maintain role-based curricula tailored to segmented imaging and clinical user groups across both virtual and in-person delivery models.
- Establish and manage a scalable super-user model to drive peer-led support, continuous learning, and end-user adoption at local facilities.
- Execute change resistance management strategies and conduct organizational readiness assessments across multi-site healthcare environments.
- Define and monitor user adoption metrics, proficiency tracking, and post-go-live stabilization feedback to ensure sustained operational success.
- Partner closely with site transition leads and deployment teams to align training delivery with facility cutover timelines.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience developing role-based training programs for enterprise clinical and administrative user groups across multi-site healthcare environments.
- Experience managing virtual and in-person training delivery across multi-site clinical system go-lives.
- Expertise establishing super-user models, managing change resistance, and analyzing adoption metrics for post-go-live stabilization.
Preferred Qualifications:- Active Prosci certification or equivalent formal change management credential.
- Experience developing role-based training programs for enterprise clinical imaging platforms, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA), or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Experience supporting clinical user segmentation and change management within federal healthcare systems (e.g., Department of Veterans Affairs, Defense Health Agency, or military health environments).
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Health Informatics, or Education.
- Experience utilizing enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking user proficiency and completion analytics.
Clearance Requirements:- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Veterans Affairs Moderate Risk Background Investigation (BI) or Public Trust clearance.
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office and clinical training facilities to engage with staff and deliver instruction.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and government stakeholders, which may involve delivering training presentations; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $109,000.00-$181,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
