The Training and Knowledge Management Lead Develops andmaintainstraining materials, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles for end users and support staff. Oversees knowledge management systems and ensures content is current and accessible.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in training development or knowledge management
- Experience with e-learning platforms and knowledge base tools
- Strong instructional design and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
Education
- Bachelor27s degree in education, IT, or related field
Clearance
- Active Top Secret security clearance as required by the contract

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $100,000 - $145,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual27s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
