Job Description

SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC) on the Customer Experience and Innovation/User Education & IT Training team.

Responsible for maintaining applications to be delivered via computer-based training, eLearning environments and learning management systems. Conducts training analysis, designs and develops training curricula, designs and develops multimedia/web storyboards and training, and measures and evaluates effectiveness of training. Travel estimate for this position is less than 10% of the time, but travel may be required to meet customer requirements.

Job Duties Include:
  • Interpret tech facing training material to end user training material
  • End user training material development (traditional and video formats)
  • Video format development experience
  • ILT course analysis
  • ILT course development
  • Customer collaboration for course development and enhancement
  • Web based training (traditional and video formats)
  • Monitoring and evaluate training programs as needed
  • Review and process timesheets
  • Complete weekly report
  • Disseminate monthly training schedule
  • Deliver ILT
  • Facilitate 1:1 and tailored mentoring sessions
  • Develop internal SOPs


Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's and four years or more of related experience. Additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of the degree.
  • Must be willing to work effectively within a team environment in a fast-paced support role.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years with the ability to obtain a public trust.


Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Prefer 7-9 years of experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting CBT's into a learning management system.
  • Ability to create, test, and review new and existing course materials for the development of Computer-Based Training (CBT).
  • Knowledge of Successive Approximation Model (SAM) training model.
  • Ability to work under a tight deadline.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, be dependable, outgoing and positive with excellent problem-solving skills.
