Overview of The Role

The Trainer will be part of the Learning & Development team and will play a key role in building leadership capabilities and operational excellence across our teams, particularly within dairy manufacturing environments. This role will deliver high-impact training experiences that empower employees and leaders to grow, perform, and lead with confidence across multiple divisions.

How you will make contributions that matter...

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) focused on leadership development and operational excellence.
  • Tailor facilitation style to suit diverse audiences—from frontline operators to people leaders.
  • Facilitate sessions across multiple divisions, adapting to different time zones, including evening training sessions as required.
  • Leverage a blend of learning modalities (classroom, virtual, digital tools) to maximize learner engagement and retention.
  • Content Enhancement & Learning Impact
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to review and enhance training content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and learner outcomes.
  • Continuously improve programs based on learner needs, industry trends, and business priorities.
  • Coaching & Collaboration
  • Partner with HR partners, operations leaders, and subject matter experts to align training with business goals.
  • Provide post-training coaching and support to reinforce learning and drive on-the-job applications.
  • Learner Engagement & Administration
  • Conduct follow-ups to assess knowledge transfer, gather feedback, and support continuous development.
  • Maintain accurate training records and contribute to reporting and insights.

Salary Range: $73,815 to $96,885

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
