The Lead Product Enablement Instructor will utilize core learning principles and dynamic presentation methods to create and deliver high-quality training on Workiva's core functionality and in a specialized area of focus to your assigned audience(s). Materials and workshops will be delivered across multiple platforms through in-person and virtual methods in a comprehensive, engaging manner. This position supports primarily multiple North American time zones, locations, and languages based on demand and skillset, though occasionally additional support for both EMEA and APAC time zones may be required.
This instructor will primarily be responsible for group facilitation of virtual instructor-led Partner-focused training cohorts for Implementation partners as well as occasional internal training. This role will also share responsibility for creating new and modifying existing Partner Training material (elearning, videos, live sessions, etc). Role will also assist with tactical elements of Partner learning strategy.
What You'll DoContent Development & Creation - End-to-End Content Creation: Independently design and build diverse training materials (live sessions, e-learnings, slide decks, and videos) utilizing current company templates
- Instructional Design: Craft relevant learning objectives aligned with business goals, translating them into engaging training workshops and programs
- Subject Matter Collaboration: Partner directly with cross-functional SMEs to gather content tailored to the audience's expected level of knowledge
Live Session Delivery - Session Leadership: Independently lead full live training sessions and drive the coordination of all day-of delivery logistics
- Instructional Versatility: Serve as the primary instructor representative for your assigned portfolio, while remaining cross-trained to back up additional subjects as needed
Cross-Functional & Team Collaboration - Platform Expertise: Gain and maintain deep knowledge of the core Workiva Platform
- Team Alignment: Actively participate in team and company meetings, maintaining regular communication with managers, team members, and stakeholders
What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications
- 6 years of group instructor, technical training capacity, or related experience.
- Typically requires Bachelor's degree or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Training Experience:Group training instructor, ideally working with Partners or software implementations, preferred
- Technical Curiosity: Possesses a strong investigative mindset with a drive to analyze existing training methodology, understand strengths and weaknesses, and actively iterate to improve the training experience
- Instructional Design: Deep understanding of adult learning principles and working knowledge of designing impactful, blended learning experiences
- LMS Familiarity:Experience with LMS systems and integrations (Workiva uses Skilljar + Zoom, Articulate)
- Facilitation & Engagement:Natural ability to engage, lead, and build credibility with groups of various skill levels and leadership positions
- Dynamic Communication:Strong written and spoken communication skills, with an authentic vibe and the ability to adapt seamlessly to the audience
- Real-Time Agility:Critical thinker who can address questions on the fly, resolve conflicts with minimal noise, and pivot delivery in the moment
- Project Management & Execution:Self-motivated, action-driven, and highly self-sufficient in executing tasks and managing detailed project plans independently
- Adaptability & Growth:Thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses a continuous learning mindset, adapts easily to new technologies, and actively leverages feedback to improve
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions- Up to 10% travel, with the opportunity for international travel.

How You'll Be Rewarded• Salary range in the US: $93,000.00 - $149,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
• Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
