Job Overview

The PACE Trainer position is responsible for creating, designing, developing, and facilitating all clinical, non-clinical, and corporate training programs across PACE locations. Responsible for collaborating with various departments and functional leaders/subject matter experts to develop standardized materials for training purposes. Responsible for utilizing creative and adaptive teaching techniques to accommodate PACE staff learning needs. The PACE Trainer is responsible for training all PACE staff on new workflows, processes, systems, and key initiatives to develop and implement standardized, cost-effective, efficient protocols focusing on providing quality patient care in PACE settings.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in the healthcare field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on training experience is required in the development of training programs, procedures, and routines, preferably in healthcare organizations.
  • Soft/hard skills training and experience required.
  • Experience in Interdisciplinary team environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with developing Learning Management System training modules is preferred.


Compensation

$91,931.28 - $114,914.10 annually
