Traffic Project Manager to join our
Traffic & ITS Team in

What You'll Do:- Manage Traffic & ITS transportation projects from development of project proposals through completion, delivering safe, resilient, and cost-effective solutions
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact
- Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors
- Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations
- Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan
- Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
What You Bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience required, including 2 years of project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline in Traffic Studies Analysis and Signal Design with a proven ability to apply best practices
- Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (MicroStation and Synchro version 10 or after) as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other management software
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
- Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environment
- Motivated self-starter who works well independently; adaptable, calm under pressure, and skilled in problem-solving and negotiation
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
- Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

Salary Range:$115,000 - $145,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
