Help shape how Credit Trading Middle Office delivers results—faster, clearer, and with stronger control. This role sits at the center of execution, stakeholder alignment, and cost discipline across Trading, Sales, and Operations.

Job summary

As aMiddle Office Business Execution & Governance LeadinCredit Trading Middle Office, you will partner directly with the Middle Office Lead to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. You will navigate a complex corporate environment to accelerate change delivery, establish operating cadence and governance, and ensure consistent communications across stakeholders. You will maintain a strong engagement rhythm with Front Office Trading and Sales, while partnering with Operations Management to support a controlled, cost-disciplined operating model.

Job responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic execution partner to the Credit Trading Middle Office Lead, translating priorities into deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Establish and run operating routines (weekly/monthly governance, steering forums, action tracking, decision logs) to drive accountability and escalation.
  • Develop and deliver leadership materials (status updates, executive readouts, KPIs, risk/issue summaries) with clear decisions and ownership.
  • Own the middle office communications strategy, including narrative, audience-specific messaging, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain a regular engagement cadence with Front Office Trading and Sales leadership to align on priorities, pain points, service levels, and upcoming changes.
  • Partner with Operations Management to create transparency across performance, controls, capacity, and delivery commitments.
  • Support budgeting activities and enforce cost discipline across the middle office agenda.
  • Track headcount and contractor usage; oversee vendor and invoice processes where applicable.
  • Build visibility into run-the-business versus change investment, including productivity opportunities and capacity planning.
  • Challenge spend and resourcing requests using data, clear outcomes, trade-offs, and benefits realization.
