Tradeshow and Event Programming Specialist - Remote

The Job:
The Tradeshow and Event Programming Specialist will support the execution, coordination, and communication of key end user activation initiatives, including trade shows, events, new product introductions, and cross-functional planning activities. This role will partner closely with sales, category management, product teams, and external partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently and stakeholders are informed throughout the process. This position is designed to provide operational support to the End User Activation team by managing timelines, maintaining critical program information, coordinating events, and supporting leadership communications.
Shows & Events Calendar
- Maintain and manage the trade show and event calendar.
- Partner with the Trade Show team and local teams to maintain the annual master show/events list, including dates, locations, and budget information.
- Ensure all milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
New Product Development (NPD) Roadmap
- Partner cross-functionally with Category Management, Product Managers, and Sales Operations to maintain accurate and up-to-date launch information.
- Track launch timing, including on-time, delayed, and monthly/quarterly launch updates.
New Product Introduction (NPI) Kits
- Execute communication plans supporting quarterly NPI launches, including:
- End user submissions
- End user selections
- SAP order submissions
- Follow-up activities to collect missing information
Shows & Events Execution
- Coordinate trade association show and event registrations.
- Create post-event recap presentations that include:
- Key metrics
- Learnings
- Budget summaries
- Recommendations
Vendor Management
- Manage quote requests and orders from cross-functional teams.
The Person:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or HS Diploma with related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, marketing operations, event management, sales support, project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting events, product launches, or sales enablement activities preferred.
- Experience coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables preferred.
- Willingness to travel 10-15%

The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
