What you have: - 2-8 years trademark experience, including searching and clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and managing portfolios
- Preference given for TTAB experience
- Active license to practice law
Duties: - Perform clearance searches and provide risk and brand strategy opinions
- Handle filing of applications, responding to office actions, and maintaining global trademark portfolios
- Brand/mark monitoring and enforcement
- Client counseling that includes portfolio management, social media and domain name issues, license drafting and negotiating, and/or trademark assignments and purchases
