- Active license to practice law
Duties: - Work on trademark matters of well-known national and international brands including client counseling, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement
- Provide strategic guidance on how to identify, protect, and leverage various brands including advertising issues and strategies
- Draft and negotiate IP agreements
- Support TTAB and other dispute matters
