Trade Customization Lead

What you will do
The Trade Customization Lead is responsible for end-to-end execution, optimization, and performance management of promotional, club pack, and trade customization activities across assigned brands or portfolios. Also provides functional and leadership support, when needed, to Trade Customization Planners while retaining accountability for complex, high-impact portfolios. This role sets direction for execution excellence, ensures consistent application of processes and standards, and acts as a strategic partner to Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance leadership.
Key Responsibilities
3 Executional Excellence
3 Accountable for the Promotional, Club Pack, and Trade Customization SKU performance (UFR, inventory, service, and cost) for assigned portfolios; leads root cause analysis and corrective actions for availability or execution gaps.
3 Owns overall service, inventory, and execution performance across the portfolio; ensures risks and issues are proactively surfaced, escalated, and resolved.
3 Serves as escalation point for complex or high-risk promotional, customized SKUs, and club pack activities; leads cross-functional problem-solving, process improvements, and decision-making.
3 Accountable for post-promotion inventory strategy, including risk mitigation, disposition planning, and continuous improvement.
3 Cross-Functional Leadership
3 Partners with Supply and Demand Planning leadership to shape feasibility, scenario trade-offs, and portfolio-level balancing decisions.
3 Ensures consistent, compliant, and effective use of SAP and related systems across the team; defines best practices and drives standardization.
3 Provides strategic input into IBP, forecasting, and commercialization planning through consolidated insights and execution learnings.
3 Represents Trade Customization in cross-functional forums and serves as a key connector between execution teams.

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
3 Bachelor 27s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3 4-6+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related project management and planning roles.
3 Ability to work and effectively manage priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 20

3 Deep SAP planning and execution expertise.
3 Strong strategic, analytical, and change leadership capabilities.

What 27s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$110,500.00 - $156,000.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate 27s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
