The Treasury and Payments Solutions (TPS) Event Coordinator manages the execution and operational support of trade shows, conferences, bank-hosted Client Advisory Groups, and employee events. The role coordinates attendee registration and communications, invitations, meeting and session logistics, rooming lists, shipping and material handling, venues, vendors, production partners, event timelines, project plans, budget tracking, invoicing, contracts, and onsite support.

The role also supports event reporting, participation tracking, meeting management, feedback and lead capture, campaign attribution, and post-event analytics, using Salesforce and other event technologies where appropriate. Working across Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy, and internal event partners, the coordinator helps maintain accurate data, enables timely follow-up, improves event processes, and delivers a consistent participant experience across external client and internal employee events.

Key Responsibilities

Event Execution & Operations (60%)
  • Manage end-to-end execution of trade shows, conferences, bank-hosted Client Advisory Groups, and employee events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including invitations, attendee registration and communications, agendas and session support, meeting logistics, rooming lists, shipping and material handling, venue coordination, and vendor management.
  • Support multiple large-scale events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Manage event timelines, project plans, and execution deliverables.
  • Serve as onsite support for priority trade shows, conferences, Client Advisory Groups, and employee events.
  • Manage event vendors, venues, sponsorship partners, facilitators, and production partners appropriate to each event type.
  • Support budget tracking and reconciliation, coordinate invoicing and payment processes, and maintain event-related contracts and documentation.


Salesforce, Reporting & Pipeline Support (25%)
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce resource for applicable external event and conference reporting, while supporting participation and engagement reporting for Client Advisory Groups and employee events.
  • Support audience identification, attendee targeting, invitation, registration, and communication processes across client and employee events.
  • Partner with event strategy, client advocacy, and business stakeholders to track meeting activity, participant feedback, commitments, and post-event follow-up.
  • Work with digital marketing and internal partners to maintain dashboards or reporting that measure participation and engagement across event types.
  • Track opportunity influence and pipeline generation for applicable external events, and participation, engagement, and follow-up measures for Client Advisory Groups and employee events.
  • Produce post-event analytics and reporting to support business reviews, Client Advisory Group follow-up, and employee event assessment.
  • Ensure accurate campaign attribution, meeting capture, participation tracking, and feedback documentation processes, as applicable.


Meeting Management & Lead Capture (10%)
  • Manage meeting and session scheduling, confirmations, agendas, participant communications, and logistics.
  • Oversee lead, feedback, question, and participation capture processes, including the use of Captello and other event technologies as appropriate.
  • Ensure meeting, lead, feedback, and participation data is captured accurately and shared appropriately for follow-up.
  • Partner with event strategy and client advocacy stakeholders to maximize client engagement and support effective employee participation.


Process Improvement & Team Support (5%)
  • Maintain event playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline execution and improve client, guest, and employee participant experiences.
  • Support cross-functional coordination among Sales, Marketing, Product, Leadership, client advocacy, communications, and employee event partners.


Measurement & Impact

Impact will be reflected through reliable execution across trade shows, conferences, bank-hosted Client Advisory Groups, and employee events; accurate reporting and attribution; timely follow-up on meetings, leads, feedback, and commitments; effective operational controls; and continuous improvement of participant experiences.
  • On-time completion of event timelines, project plans, logistics, and execution deliverables
  • Accuracy of Salesforce campaign attribution, meeting capture, lead and feedback data, participation tracking, dashboards, and post-event reporting, as applicable
  • Effective budget tracking, reconciliation, invoicing, payment processing, contract management, and documentation
  • Timely coordination of meeting activity, Client Advisory Group commitments, participant feedback, and post-event follow-up
  • Consistent use and improvement of event playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures


Success Profile
  • Exceptional attention to detail while supporting multiple large-scale events and concurrent priorities
  • Strong partnership across Sales, Marketing, Product, Leadership, digital marketing, client advocacy, communications, and employee event teams
  • Accurate, timely reporting, campaign management, analytics, meeting capture, lead and feedback data, and participation tracking appropriate to each event type
  • Reliable coordination of vendors, venues, sponsorship partners, facilitators, production partners, and onsite needs across client and employee events
  • Commitment to streamlined execution and an improved participant experience across external client and internal employee events


Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • 5+ years of event management, conference planning, client engagement, employee event, or related experience
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including reporting, campaign management, and analytics
  • Project management experience with multiple concurrent priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the year to be onsite for events
  • Financial services, payments, treasury, or banking experience
  • Captello or other meeting planning software experience
  • Lead generation and pipeline reporting experience
  • Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, client advisory groups, trade shows, conferences, or employee events

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
