Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation capabilities within the homegrown Assisted Manual Test Tool (AMTT) platform for iOS, Android, and payment solution testing.
- Build automated test solutions for functional, integration, regression, stress, and scalability testing.
- Develop and enhance in-house testing platforms to improve automation coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting.
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Support reliable and repeatable testing across multiple product releases and environments.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, reliability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Analyze application stability, including crashes, memory leaks, CPU utilization, and resource consumption issues.
- Generate quality metrics, root cause analyses, and actionable recommendations to improve system performance, scalability, and product quality.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Seven to nine years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating complex processes

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Python, C#, or C/C++.
- Hands-on experience developing automation frameworks, test tooling, or mobile application test solutions.
- Experience testing mobile applications, APIs, distributed systems, and backend services.
- Strong knowledge of Git, source control practices, and modern software development methodologies.
- Experience implementing and supporting automated testing within CI/CD environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance engineering skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise automation platforms or in-house test frameworks.
- Background in financial services, payment processing, POS systems, or transaction-based applications.
- Knowledge of EMV transaction processing and card-present payment technologies.
- Experience with mobile automation frameworks and release qualification testing.
- Experience supporting large-scale regression testing across multiple product releases.
Location expectationsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
