What You'll Do- As our Service Manager, you'll lead daily fixed operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring Service Advisors and service staff
- Driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Managing service department performance, profitability, and efficiency
- Monitoring KPIs including RO count, labor sales, ELR, CSI, and technician productivity
- Coaching and developing future leaders
- Maintaining manufacturer standards and operational excellence
- Collaborating with dealership leadership to achieve business goals
What You'll Bring- Minimum of 2 years of Service Manager experience in a large, high-volume service facility
- Proven history of delivering exceptional operational and financial results
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- CDK experience required
- Toyota or Lexus experience preferred
- Passion for creating outstanding customer and employee experiences
