What You'll DoThe Automotive Service Technician is responsible performing automotive repairs and service observing store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose cause of malfunction.
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
- Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
What You'll Bring- Prior automotive repair experience required
- We require ASE and manufacturer certifications.
- A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total RewardsThis is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Flat rate pay range of $38-$42 per flagged hour.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
