Genesys is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Project Manager to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across our global Benefits, Compensation, and Equity programs. Reporting to the SVP, Total Rewards, this role serves as the execution lead for key initiatives, ensuring projects are well planned, effectively coordinated, and successfully delivered across the Total Rewards portfolio.
Working closely with functional leaders, you bring structure, transparency, and accountability to complex, cross-functional initiatives while keeping stakeholders and executives informed throughout the project lifecycle. This role partners with leaders across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HRIS, Procurement, IT, Communications, and other business functions to coordinate activities, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution and delivery of multiple concurrent Total Rewards projects across Benefits, Compensation, and Equity
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk logs, issue trackers, and status reports
- Coordinate project activities across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HRIS, Communications, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, track action items, and drive accountability through completion
- Identify project risks, escalate issues appropriately, and recommend practical solutions to maintain momentum
- Prepare clear, concise presentations, dashboards, and project updates for leadership to support decision-making and alignment
- Support change management activities by coordinating implementation plans, stakeholder communications, and readiness efforts
- Track project budgets, implementation timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and ensure consistent use of project management methodologies and tools
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution, coordination, and operational effectiveness across the Total Rewards function
- Drive process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, data integrity, and employee experience
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes by developing implementation plans, integration processes, and project documentation

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global organization
- Demonstrated success delivering multiple concurrent projects involving diverse stakeholders, competing priorities, and executive visibility
- Strong project planning and execution skills, including managing schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare executive presentations and status updates
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality results
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications:- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience supporting Human Resources, Total Rewards, Finance, Payroll, or similar enterprise functions
- Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting tools, or analytics solutions such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience supporting HR implementations, process improvement initiatives, or mergers and acquisitions
- Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, or continuous improvement methodologies

Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$108,400.00 - $190,600.00
