Full Job Description
This is a Hybrid Role: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. This position requires both Compensation and Benefits experience.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to help shape and support a competitive, colleague-focused Total Rewards strategy that drives engagement, retention, and organizational success.

In this role, you will support the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization's overall people strategy.

The Total Rewards Analyst partners across the business to help create a positive colleague experience, support engagement initiatives, and ensure compensation and benefits programs align with the company's values, behaviors, and people-first culture.

What You'll Do

Compensation

You will support the administration, analysis, and enhancement of compensation programs to ensure alignment with the company's compensation philosophy and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the administration and analysis of compensation programs while ensuring alignment with company pay philosophy and industry standards
  • Conducting market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Reviewing and analyzing compensation structures and providing recommendations for enhancements or adjustments based on market trends and evolving business needs
  • Ensuring compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including required reporting and documentation
  • Partnering with P&C teams and business leaders to:
    • Assess job descriptions
    • Create job families
    • Evaluate internal equity across the organization
  • Preparing compensation reports, metrics, and presentations to support leadership decisions and budgeting efforts
  • Maintaining job descriptions and compensation-related documentation

  • Assisting with annual reviews of benefits programs, including:

  • Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements related to benefits programs, including:
    • ERISA
    • ACA
    • COBRA
  • Assisting in communicating benefits program changes to colleagues and providing guidance regarding:
    • Coverage options
    • Plan details
    • Claims processes
  • Compiling and analyzing compensation and benefits data to provide reports and recommendations that support senior leadership decision-making
  • Maintaining analytics systems and tracking key metrics, including:
    • Compensation benchmarking
    • Benefits utilization
    • Colleague engagement with compensation and benefits programs
  • Assisting with audits and ensuring accurate, timely compensation and benefits reporting
  • Serving as a key point of contact for colleague compensation and benefits inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service


What You Bring

Minimum Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits programs, analytics, or Total Rewards within a medium-to-large business environment
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Compensation practices
    • Benefits administration
    • HR analytics
    • HR compliance
  • Proven experience using market data tools such as PayScale (or similar platforms) and participating in compensation surveys
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations related to compensation and benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present compensation and benefits information to both executives and colleagues
