Hilton Grand Vacations Washington, DC, is hiring In-house Sales Leader. You'll play a pivotal role in leading a team that showcases the luxurious offerings of HGV, making dreams of unforgettable vacations come true.

Responsibilities :

As a Sales Leader In-House, you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Generate maximum sales efficiency while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.

Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.

Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.

Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers.

About You:

Proven track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales

DC Real Estate License Required

Able to work on a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

High School diploma or equivalent.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.

2+ years of proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales.

Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
