Time and Labor Senior Analyst

The Time and Labor Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting Time and Labor processes and systems to ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and client service-level expectations are met. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time-sensitive priorities, and provide operational and system support across Time and Labor functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Time and Labor concepts, including time entry, paid time off (PTO), attendance, hours worked, overtime, time off, and short-term leave processes. The individual should also understand the importance of ensuring Time and Labor processes align with applicable municipal and federal rules and regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Time and Labor team with the implementation and rollout of timekeeping systems, including requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Support Time and Labor and timekeeping platforms such as ADP, SAP, Workday Time Tracking, and UKG/Kronos.
  • Provide real-time monitoring and operational support for Time and Labor systems.
  • Support time entry, PTO, attendance, overtime, hours worked, and time-off processes.
  • Ensure established Time and Labor processes and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed.
  • Monitor service-level performance and recommend actions to help teams meet Service Level Goals.
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to identify process or system improvements.
  • Support documentation, standard operating procedures, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
  • Strong understanding of Time and Labor and workforce management concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with timekeeping or time entry systems.
  • Experience with ADP, SAP, Workday Time Tracking, UKG/Kronos, or similar Time and Labor platforms.
  • Experience supporting timekeeping system implementations, testing, UAT, or rollouts.
  • Understanding of time entry, PTO, attendance, overtime, and time-off processes.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, if needed.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working across multiple Time and Labor or timekeeping platforms.
  • ADP or SAP Time and Labor/timekeeping experience is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of timekeeping processes and systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analyst, Time and Labor, timekeeping, HRIS, or related role.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, requirements gathering, testing, and rollouts.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum - Maximum:
$61,950.00 - $115,050.00
