As a member of our AMER Sales Leadership team the Sales Manager - PPE provides strategy and vision to maximize sales and profitability across the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) Channel. This role will be accountable for driving strategy and execution across the Key Accounts in the channel to deliver against assigned sales targets. This candidate must have a strong understanding of the Saftey/Voucher business and a track record in developing strong teams while delivering sustainable growth. This Candidate will be the catalyst between the the PPE Channel stakeholders and internal teams to drive awarness, strategy and execution. Extensive travel across the US is required.

- Responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution across the PPE Channel
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful GTM cycle
- Work with internal teams across planning, merchandising and operations to make sure the sales team has the tools, proudct and support to drive sustainable growth aligned with our LRP strategy
- Build and execute Key Account specific strategies with AE's across sell-in, inventory management and marketing to driving sustainable growth aligned with LRP targets
- Manages order book and rolling forecasts driving at-once demand. Monitors shipment of seasonal order book, bulk management, drive re-order sales
- Responsible for month, quarter and seasonal fiscal targets
- Deliver consistent feedback to Internal Stakeholders on trend and opportunity to develop strategies for delivering against product and sales targets

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
- Safety/Voucher industry required - Footwear experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Key Account Management experience preferred
- Experience working across GTM cycle with Product Development and Product Merchandising, planning and Marketing teams.
- Experience running a team with proven ability to manage a broad range of tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and present to a group.
- Experience executing a go-to-market strategy.
- Ability to travel by air and overnight, as required 50% + of the time.
