Responsibilities
Responsibilities: - Domain Execution Support: Support the strategic roadmap for a defined risk area under guidance. - Contribute to systemic defense frameworks - helping with risk engine integration, feature logic, and decision pathways - learning to move the team toward a proactive defense posture. - AI & Agent Orchestration (Supporting): Help build and test agent and skills workflows. Draft, iterate, and evaluate LLM prompts that translate risk judgment criteria into automated decisions, and assist in replacing manual processes with AI-driven solutions. - AI Quality & Integrity Support: Assist in running AI quality evaluations and executing cross-product integrity/QA workflows to keep AI deployments safe and accurate. - Data Analysis & RCA: Conduct data analysis and support root-cause analysis (RCA) on strategy performance and model health. Monitor feature distributions and data trends to flag drift, and recommend threshold adjustments for review. - Playbook & QA Execution: Help translate risk logic into standardized global playbooks and quality benchmarks (QA), and support consistent defense performance across localized markets. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Help turn risk requirements into clear specifications and coordinate day-to-day execution across Data, Algorithm, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - +1 years of experience in Risk Management, Trust & Safety, or Anti-fraud within major technology ecosystems. - Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to autonomously extract insights and risk signals from large-scale, complex datasets. - Strong understanding of machine learning principles, specifically in designing high-impact features and evaluating model performance (e.g., Precision, Recall, AUC) to optimize risk-reward trade-offs. - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications, including Prompt Engineering and the orchestration of AI agents to solve operational challenges. - Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams, including Business, Data, Engineering, and Operations. - A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. Comfortable making high-stakes, data-backed decisions in ambiguous environments. - Proven success in navigating high-concurrency adversarial attacks. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Experience in e-commerce, fintech, trust & safety, or digital platforms is a plus.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $124717 - $174800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
