About the team The Merchant Fulfillment Product team drives logistics product strategy and execution for the US e-commerce market. We partner with operations, engineering, and logistics providers to build solutions that improve merchant experience, boost user conversion, and continuously strengthen our fulfillment capabilities - powered by data and market insight. Responsibilities - Own the logistics product experience for our US e-commerce business; design end-to-end logistics product solutions and collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams to drive execution and achieve business goals. - Develop a deep understanding of US e-commerce logistics challenges; work with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to continuously innovate on business models and product solutions that improve user conversion and merchant experience. - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business pain points and opportunities; drive continuous improvement of operational processes through data decomposition and metric-driven insights. - Leverage market insights to develop product optimization proposals; collaborate with platform product and engineering teams to build and strengthen supply chain and logistics product capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above; - 5+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics solution design or product operations, with familiarity with overseas markets and strong business acumen. - Strong data and business analysis skills; adept at identifying problems and developing actionable solutions. - Highly accountable, with strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $258400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
