About the Team: TikTok Operation Finance Business Partner is a truly global team operating across five cities and four continents, supporting the broader TikTok Operation team. We partner closely with the business to drive high quality content supply, PGC creator and publisher growth. Our work focuses on budget planning, strategic investment evaluation & key partnership deals appraisal, while collaborating cross functionally to support strategic growth and operational excellence. We are part of the wider TikTok Product Finance Business Partner team. Position Summary: TikTok Ops is seeking an experienced Finance BP who will be a key contributor to TikTok's continued success in US and LATAM. The new hire will play an integral role in assisting with business decisions and will act as a strategic partner to key business functions such as the LATAM Operation Leads, across Brazil and Mexico, as well as the key Vertical lead in the US. The Finance BP will be joining a small hands-on team with great opportunities to grow and expand their role as the team grows. This role is limitless for those who dare to pursue bold ideas that exist just beyond the boundary of possibility. Responsibilities: - Provide strategic support and advice to finance and functional leads. - Support teams to carry out the Financial Planning process of the key functions: develop near-term and long-term budget plans, monitor budget consumption over planning periods, carry out variance analyses, and update the budget/forecast periodically. - Participate in monthly closing for management reporting, organize business reviews and drive insights from financial and operational data. - Carry out financial performance analysis for the Ops regional business and US vertical teams, generate performance improvement proposals for the business lead for implementation. - Responsible for optimizing the practices, policies, programs, procedures and personnel activities. - Partner with other business units and provide insightful and quality financial advice to support the company's business decision-making. - Conduct regular value-added analysis and industry analysis to drive business growth and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (preferably in Statistics, Data Science, Finance or equivalent) or higher. - Minimum 5 years of FP&A or equivalent work experience in Technology, Content, Publisher or Media company. - Ability to work with large volumes of data and bring it to life in a simple, clear fashion. - Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis. - Soft skills: great communication skills, strong logical reasoning and critical thinking. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau and/or other relevant languages. - Majoring in statistics or data science.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $220400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
