Therapy Clinical Manager

Fort Collins, CO Hybrid Frequent Local Travel (10-50%)
Full-Time Exempt
Salary Range: $92,000-$100,000

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring a Therapy Clinical Manager to lead and support therapy teams while driving clinical quality, performance, and operational excellence.

As a Therapy Clinical Manager, you'll coach and develop clinicians, improve processes, monitor performance, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to deliver high-quality pediatric care. This Therapy Clinical Manager role is ideal for an experienced healthcare leader ready to make a broader impact while growing with a clinician-led organization.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support assigned therapy teams, clinicians, and programs
  • Manage day-to-day clinical operations and priorities
  • Coach and develop therapy professionals and team leaders
  • Monitor goals, performance metrics, clinical quality, and improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate clinical practices to support high-quality, cost-effective care
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and team performance
  • Partner with clinical and operational teams to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards
  • Support company initiatives and strategic goals
  • Escalate high-impact clinical or operational matters to senior leadership as appropriate

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or related degree
  • 3+ years of progressive professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading people, processes, programs, or clinical operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions within established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle for job-related responsibilities
  • Physical Requirements
    • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
    • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
    • Ability to travel frequently within assigned service areas
    • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred:
    • Healthcare, therapy, pediatric, or home health leadership experience
    • Experience leading clinical professionals or team leaders
    • Experience with quality improvement, performance metrics, or clinical operations
    • Knowledge of home health clinical and regulatory requirements


Schedule & Travel
  • Full-time, exempt position
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Frequent local travel, approximately 10-50%
  • Travel to assigned offices, patient service areas, or other business locations as needed
