The Program Manager - Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Master Scheduling is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading an integrated planning process that aligns customer demand, operational capacity, supply availability, and financial objectives. This role serves as the central orchestrator between Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management teams to ensure business plans are translated into executable build plans that optimize customer service, operational efficiency, inventory, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and Lead the S&OP Process
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve an integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Establish governance, decision-making frameworks, planning calendars, and performance metrics.
  • Lead monthly cross-functional reviews that align demand, supply, and financial plans.
  • Drive organizational adoption of planning best practices and process discipline.

Forecasting and Build Plan Development
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Commercial teams to develop and maintain demand forecasts.
  • Translate forecasts into executable master production and build plans.
  • Balance customer demand, supply constraints, inventory targets, capacity limitations, and financial objectives.

Base Pay Range: $163,000.00 - $277,100.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
