- Create repair orders when checking in customers, record all needed information, and explain the proper Inspection or Maintenance work.
- Keep Customers updated on the progress of their vehicle while it goes through the various stages of repair.
- Write estimates including labor and parts.
- Send inspection reports of any discovered services to customers, and go over those inspections to ensure the customer concerns are answered.
- Send estimates to the customer and go over the pricing and what each job entails.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Answer incoming text messages.
- Check CRM for appointments and follow up messages.
- Maintain set sales goals related to overall sales and profit.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.
- Maintain a clean and organized parking lot.
- Assist Service Manager as necessary.
- Attend training as directed and required
- Attend and participate in networking and company events
- Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in handbook
Requirements:- Possess a valid driver's license issued in Minnesota.
- Capable of achieving and maintaining the Service Advisor ASE certification
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be mature, flexible, and self-motivated
- Able to operate all company equipment needed to perform required tasks.
- Can carry up to 50 lbs.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, CRM tools, Google programs, and a multi-line phone system.
Preferred Qualifications:- Years of related experience 0-3
- Associates degree or higher
